Price Promise Guidelines

We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets. If you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met.

  • The two items must be identical.
  • The price must be inclusive of tax and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
  • The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
  • This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't in a sale or on special offer.
  • You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address.
  • The alternative item must currently be available.
  • Price promise only applies to goods available in the US & Canada.

Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your furniture you have seven days to decide if you wish to return it. If so, please email us as soon as possible so that we can make collection arrangements with our home delivery service. A set rate of $75per item for Continental USA, same 'delivery cost as paid' for Canada, Alaska & Hawaii will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a further delivery charge may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

Because the items are purchased “at a distance”, our seven day guarantee allows you a closer inspection of the item first-hand, but also allows us to be able to re-sell the item as brand new if it is not what you require. If the item is not re-sellable as new when returned, we are unable to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. Please note there is a 50% cancellation fee / returns fee on selected items of special order furniture unless the order is canceled within 7 days from ordering or if the item is in stock & prior to being dispatched. Items include special paint finishes such as 'Bramble' hand painted products, and items with personal names added. For more information please email info@heritage-interiors.com

Damaged Items

All of our items are shipped using a specialist furniture removal company. When the item is delivered, you will be asked to sign for the delivery. Please ensure that you inspect the item thoroughly before signing. If for any reason, you do not wish to accept the delivery, do not sign as this will make our damages insurance void. If you discover damage, please ensure the item is returned with the delivery driver.

If you sign for an item and subsequently discover that it is damaged or unwanted for any reason, we will replace the furniture free of charge, provided we are notified within twenty-four hours of your orders arrival and that your furniture is returned to us within the seven day period. In these circumstances (after signing) you will be liable for the carriage costs incurred in returning the item (set rate of $75 per item for Continental USA, same delivery cost as paid for Canada, Alaska & Hawaii).

With regards delivery dates, if the item is not in stock, we may not be able to meet the original promised delivery time with the replacement and are not liable for this.

Please note: customers must supply clear digital images of any damage prior to a replacement being issued.
